What ingredients should you look for in a supplement to manage ADHD?
There’s a growing body of research around certain vitamins, minerals, and fats that help curb ADHD symptoms like lack of focus. Commonly in ADHD supplements, you’ll find caffeine in moderate doses, other nootropics, adaptogens, and fatty acids.
